This page is for students interested in applying to be the Director of Films on the 2016 Indiana Memorial Union Board. The application process starts April 8th; the new director will be confirmed on April 28, 2016.
Part of Indiana University since 1909, Union Board has a rich heritage. By applying to be a director, you are taking a step in becoming an integral part of IU history. As a Union Board director, you will develop leadership, time management, and communication skills that you will use throughout your life. You will also have the opportunity to nurture these skills in other students.
Over a century old, Union Board Films is the longest-running college films series in the country. It selects and manages films showings each weekend in the Whittenberger Auditorium, free for students. The Films Director also completes the many other duties and responsibilities of a Union Board Directorship.
